The reason I started my personal blog..

When you feel sorrowful, overwhelmed, happy, or anxious, you always get this feeling that you want to talk to someone about it. What if you have no one to turn to ? how would you express your feelings ? Writing always helps, at least for me. I always feel uncomfortable when it comes to expressing my feelings to someone. It doesn’t matter what feelings they are, sadness, happiness, anxiety, nervousness, it doesn’t matter. I always had this habit of keeping my feelings to myself, or actually drawing my feelings. Earlier this year, I have developed the habit of blogging, and there are two reasons behind that.
  1. I was extremely bored, and I didn’t have anything to do.
  2. People at home don’t understand the concept of privacy, which means that my diaries are not safe !!!
I was bored the other day, and I wanted to talk to somebody, but unfortunately, none of my friends were in the mood to hang out with me (gosh, am I that boring ?). I was then struck by the idea of starting a blog. I did not have any name for it, it lacked design, it wasn’t the kind of blog people would want to read. I decided that my first post would be an “about me” post. I wrote a post to introduce myself to my readers (as if I have any), and that was it. I stopped blogging since then.
it was all thanks to Zoella‘s book “Girl Online” that I got back to blogging. I remembered that I started my blog because I wanted to say whatever I wanted without being judged or laughed at. This blog is my secret realm, just like “Girl Online” is Penny’s secret realm (Penny is the heroin of the book). Blogging is fun, because you can express yourself so freely.

The angel in the marble

Don’t you love it when your mind imprisons a certain image? You have a certain vision, you know exactly where you want to go and what you have to do. An image that has to be set free.

This is one of the most crucial aspects of good art: vision. And heart. I’m not sure you can have one without the other.

words“Words are loneliness.”Henry Miller

You find yourself late at night in a quiet room. There’s no one around; no movement, no noise, nothing to break time into small pieces. You are alone. And you begin to type words on a computer. While the entire world seems to dream, you type away all the dreams you have stored up in your heart. Slowly, maybe even painfully at times, you write all those dreams into existence. They take a different form… not quite alive, but not as dead as they feel when they’re trapped inside your mind.
